Vision 11 Cultural Exchange Program
The United States in 1992 initiated a program allowing young, qualifying people from around the globe to come and learn and work in the USA for 12 months. The Vision11 J1 program currently focus on young South African participants qualifying for the United States “Upper Class” Hospitality Industry.
Five-star hotels and resorts from the USA come and recruit young South Africans to come and work and learn in their world class establishments, this happens throughout the year. For some of these successful candidates it is a dream come true, for most of them it is a case of them not even daring to dream that this was possible for a child from Africa.
We have industry partners and opportunities in the following areas
• Mining • Hospitality • Property • Golf • Butchers • IT-AI • Filmmakers • Engineers • Teachers • Finance • Health
Vision11 with its industry partners, have over the last couple of years enabled hundreds of South African youth to go and “Live the dream”, building world-class experiences. With Vision11, they build world-class relationships, develop out of the box thinking methods for new business ideas and they get a worldwide frame of mind that they can bring back and implement in South Africa.
These youth are much more employable when they return to South Africa. Image having all the abovementioned and on top of that on your CV: “I worked as an assistant Chef/food and beverage assistant in the world-renowned Aspin Ski Resort in Colorado for 12 months”.

• Deposit for housing in country;
• Recruitment and local program fee;
• The sponsor in the country charges a fee for their services and VISA;
